We guarantee your products will arrive safely at your door. Not many merchants will give you this reassurance. In the unlikely event your package is lost in transit or fails to deliver through no fault of your own, we will re-send your order at no additional charge.

We make sure that the package ends up in your hands so that you don't have to worry about non-receipt of goods ever again!

Returns Policy



If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase at Doodah, simply send it back within 7 days for return or exchange. Doodah only accepts items for return or exchange that are in unused condition with the original packaging and all accessories. A return request (Return Merchandise Authorisation) must be initiated before any item can be returned. Once authorized you will be able to send the products back to Doodah.

Unwanted goods returned after the 7-day grace period, not covered by warranty, can still be returned for 30 days subject to a 20% restocking fee. Products cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days has passed unless it is under warranty conditions, please check our warranty information here.

Goods Eligible for Credit/Exchange

  • Unwanted or incorrectly ordered items
  • Goods in original condition with retail packaging & all accessories
  • Faulty or DOA (Dead on Arrival)
  • Incorrectly supplied products

Goods Not Eligible For Credit/Exchange

  • Digital products, activation keys or downloads
  • Goods with no retail box, in a damaged condition or with missing accessories

How to Return or Exchange Your Order

How to Request a Return

In the unlikely case you must return your items to Doodah, please follow these steps.

  1. Log On to Your Account, in your accounts page click on Order History And Details.

  2. Find the Order with the product you wish to return, click the Plus sign and then Details.

  3. Scroll down the page to the Product/s in this order and check the item/s you wish to return.

  4. In the Merchandise Return section click on Make an RMA Slip.

  5. In the next page select the number of parts you wish to return and give an explanation for the return and click Make an RMA slip.

  6. We will respond to the return request accordingly and you will be notified once the request has been updated. (1-2 days)
