We guarantee your products will arrive safely at your door. Not many merchants will give you this reassurance. In the unlikely event your package is lost in transit or fails to deliver through no fault of your own, we will re-send your order at no additional charge.

We make sure that the package ends up in your hands so that you don't have to worry about non-receipt of goods ever again!

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 7 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. Unwanted goods returned after 7 day grace period are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Unwanted goods cannot be returned after 30 days has passed.

Doodah only accepts items for return or exchange that are in unused condition with the original packaging. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) must be initiated before any item can be returned. Doodah will cover the cost of all shipping except in the following situations:

Incorrectly ordered items: If you have ordered a product and after receiving it discover that it is not what you were looking for or expecting, you can return it to us but note that a 20% restocking fee may apply.

Unwanted goods: Decided not to proceed with the sale for whatever reason that is no fault of Doodah. 20% Restocking will apply, the consumer is responsible for any return shipping fees.

How to Return or Exchange Your Order

  1. Access the "My Orders" section under "My Account".
  2. Select the order for which you would like to send a return request.
  3. Select the product(s) that you wish to return by checking the box next to its name(s).
  4. Add an explanation, in order for the shop team to better understand why you want to return the product.
